Step 1: Show Yourself as a Professional:
As you know, Up-work is Restricted for Professionals only. So you must have to be Professional. You have to show Yourself as a Rising Star if You are a Beginner too.
When you sign on for Up-work, you’re not simply making AN account. You’re making a contract BUSINESS.
From the terribly beginning, Up-work makes it clear that they’re searching for folks that take freelancing as seriously as they are doing.
For example: once coming into your email address, You have to Show your business email addresses
over personal emails.
Step 2: Choose Mobile & IT Skills:
You must have to Show Yourself as a Mobile Developer. Later on You can change it, When you got Approval.
If you Don't wanna Reject, You must have to offer Up-work too much data concerning your capabilities as attainable to indicate you’re receptive doing differing types of Jobs. This way, You will Definitely Achieve the Approval. Just You have to Show Yourself as a Mobile Developer with many Capabilities.
Step 3: Try to Add Great Skills:
Try to Add many Skills about IT/App Development, Website Development etc. These Skills will Show you as a PRO. So you have more chance to approve Your Account.
You must have to choose Your Level as a "Intermediate Level", While adding Skills. Never Choose the Entry Level just Hit the "Intermediate Level" Only.

As I Mentioned, Up-work is Very Strict in it's Rules. So you must have to Focus on adding an Eye Catching Title. If your Title is Unclear, Up-work may consider it against it's Rule and may will Reject You.
Step 5: Try to Add your Portfolio:
If you have any Experience Before, Its a Best Practice to add it in Your Profile as a Portfolio. If you have some samples of your past work, try to add them to your portfolio and fill out the maximum amount info as you'll be able to.
Step 6: Attach your Social Accounts:
You must have to Link Your Social Accounts as well. If You Don't have more Accounts , You can add Only One also. There is no any Restriction to add all the Accounts. But it's Better to add upto 2 to 3 Accounts.
