Type Freelancer.com in your Browser. Such Window will Appear. Move for next Step Now.

Step 2- Sign Up:


                                    You have to Click on I want to Work or Sign Up. When you Choose Sign Up, you must have to move for Step 3.


Step 3- Enter Detail:


                                              Fill the Required Detail now and Hit Join Freelancer.

NOTE:

                You can also use Your Facebook Account to Sign Up.
